Click for full imageThe skies over the city are about to come alive with the hearty rumble and roar of the L10A Electra's twin 450 horsepower Pratt & Whitney Wasp Jr. engines. This completely refurbished 1937 Lockheed aircraft has been part of Air Canada's history since the company started flying over 60 years ago. This vintage "sports car" of the skies with its sleek lines, bright and shiny brushed aluminum body, and jaunty art deco appearance appeals to aircraft aficionados and anyone wishing to experience and relive the romance and nostalgia of a bygone era.

Today, the L10A is provided to employee "Dreams Take Flight" volunteer groups across the country, and is an integral part of the year long fundraising efforts that help make the dream of a wondrous, fun filled day in Disneyland a reality for hundreds of underprivileged, seriously ill, or physically and mentally challenged children. For more information about Dreams Take Flight follow this link to their web site.

These pages are dedicated to CF-TCC and the enthusiastic pilots, technicians, and other AC staff  that keep it flying. To find out more about CF-TCC, it's history, schedule, stories of days gone by and lots of pictures stay right here and follow the links. We hope you enjoy yourself !
